S/C/G: 178 / 178 / 140

Height: 5"7

Default 38 pounds going for free!

Hi there

Well where to start? Last year was my the start of my yo-yo! 12-10-12-10-12. I started out a size 8 in 2009 and have went up a size a year! However enough is a enough and I'm currently a large size 12 (or a 14 in denial) and I need to do something for good before I really lose control. Iv also noticed its starting to affect my personality, Im less confident and outgoing but hey there could be other reasons for that!

About me: I'm 5"6 - 5"7 and around 178 pounds with my target being 140 pounds. However to be honest I'm not bothered about my actual weight or my clothes size my problem is my figure! I have massive love handles which I'm very self-conscious of that when I was toned actually gave me a nice figure (I think, it was that long ago I struggle to remember)

Anyway I'm babbling! I would really appreciate any support or advice anyone could give me!

Thanks!

No thanks on that 38 pounds, but thanks for offering! LOL!

Welcome!

I know how you feel. I felt so bad about myself when I hit a size 14. Imagine how awful I felt when I hit 16!! That's the highest I've ever been in my life. My confidence was in the toilet by the time I finally started losing weight.

Now I'm near my goal weight and I feel great! My confidence is back, I like the way I look in most clothes, and I just feel good.

Advice..... Hmmm.... Well... for me, I think the thing that really keeps me focused and on track is weighing myself every day. Some people do better by visiting the scale less often, but not me. You'll have to figure out what works best for you. I record my weight weekly as my official weight, but I stand on the scale every morning.
