171.8 as of a few minutes ago. I had 3 days of off-plan eating around Christmas and came back to find I was five pounds up at 174.
I freaked out a bit and didn't eat anything for 24 hours, then gradually starting eating healthy options again over the past 24, so now I'm down to 171.8. I know it had to mostly be water weight but still I was so excited about finally being in the 160s and could hardly believe I blew weeks of work in 3 days.
I don't have any further major festivities planned though, so I'm hoping I can get back down to 169 in the next week or so and back on track... Ugh.
I suppose the upside is this has absolutely steeled my resolve to stick to my 1200-calorie plan for the foreseeable future. I really, really want to get to goal. I haven't been this close in a decade and I'm not going to screw it up now...
