Default Beauty from healthy living ??

Hi ladies! I was wondering if we could list foods 'new' to us or since we began our journeys -that made us look even more beautiful or enhanced our radiance. For me it has been Spirulina (an algea) it has made my skin and eyelashes more improved than any beauty product could have done. Also pumpkin is great for the skin (vitamin A) It hasn't hurt that I take in little to no sugar these days. My face looks like I'm in my youth and my diet is the only thing I think I can thank unless some of it is a return in circulation from fitness. However if any of you wish you had long/thick eyelashes naturally, try Spirulina.

How long were taking Spirulina before you noticed a difference in your lashes? I just started on it but didn't know about the eyelash thing. Now I have something to look forward to!

I believe I began that around April. I guess if you do a serving religiously it will pay off. I reearched it wit the work 'eyelash' once I thought it was my reason for better lashes, I researched a little and it might be an ingrdient in some of those lash products that they have been pushing. It gets those products when I search 'eyelashes; + 'Spirulina'. However I have no other idea what I have changed and I am over 40 so they should be thin. Just keep using it and keep looking in the mirror. I use mascara once a week-if that enriches them I use Rimmel.
