Ok, if you are anything like me, you ate a bit to much over the Holiday. Well, now that its over, time to reboot your body and get back on track. I wont be weighting myself until Monday (normally I weigh myself every day) so that gives me three days to burnt off what I ate over the holiday. I didn't count calories for the last two days and am kind of worried that I will be at 190 again.
