Default Smile when you're sad,

I just read a bunch of articles about smiling. Apparently when you smile, even if it's forced, it triggers your brain to release seratonin, dopamine and endorphins. I notice when I smile for no reason I do feel a lift in my mood.

I just thought I would share.

I agree 100%. We are what we think we are - good or bad. And smiling when you're on the phone "show" in your voice to the person on the other end of the line.

Happy Thanksgiving - I hope we all have reason to smile while celebrating.

I agree! There is an old saying - "Fake it 'til you make it" which can be applied to life. If I am feeling sad, I just pretend that I am happy, and fairly soon I actually do feel better.

Let's not trail clouds of gloom throughout out lives -

I am about to smile myself off to beddy-bye. Have a great day tomorrow whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving here in the US or just having a great day smiling somewhere else. I just love this smiley with all the teeth.
