Default im sooooo overweight
literally! today i went from "obese" to "overweight"

im not sure if i should be excited to be overweight, but i am!

with my BMI at 29.9 im *barely* out of obese so im just TOTALLY overweight!

Your post made me smile. From the title, I thought it was going to be negative. It was awesome reading it and hearing about your accomplishment (not that I wouldn't have been happy to be supportive if you were having a hard time, just it was really nice to see something so positive). Way to go! =-)

I'm technically in the overweight category, too, but I haven't marked it in my sig because I haven't hit that weight yet that marks a complete 70lb loss. Let's celebrate not being obese together!!!
