Ok I'm going to join in! It's been ages since I've been properly involved in here and seeing a post from a friendly and familiar name (I'm looking at you,
sun!) is just the spur I need.
I'd like to lose 3kg (6.6pounds) this month. I could be dreaming, but I've had a pretty good run over the past few weeks with good on plan calorie eating and getting in lots of exercise.
I'm going to try to post at least once a day, in the evening here for me
