Good morning.....

Up early, going to start work early to get off early. Sounds like a plan to me. My boss is coming up to where I live to give me my performance evaluation face to face. Whoopee. We are going to a local Mexican restaurant. I will have fajitas, but only with the meat and bell peppers. It works for me like that.

Have a great OP day.

Good morning iPeeps! WI last night - down another 2lbs for 36 total...26 to my goal. Coach thinks I may be phasing off by New Year's Day. She gave me some recipe ideas for Thanksgiving dinner meals w/ IP products. Can't believe it's fall already!

Anyway, going to be a rainy, muggy day here in CT, weatherman said maybe up to the 80's by the end of the week!

Have a great, OP day everyone!

That's a great idea for the fajitas. I have pretty much avoided mexican restaurants since on IP because I didnt think there was much I could eat.

I've done it quite a few times and never see that it affects my losses. Sometimes I'll also have them include the shredded lettuce and some chopped tomatoes and possibly some pico de gallo. Just stress NO guacamole,NO beans, NO rice, NO tortillas. They look at you strange, but that's okay. Love when they offer the Texas fajitas that have the combo of steak, shrimp, and chicken. MMMMMMMM.

Happy Wednesday!!

It's a rainy start to the day here, and as we were leaving to walk DS to kindergarten, he got his finger stuck in the closing door. Ouch. Many tears, high drama ("I guess I'll have to stay home from school!"..."Now I can't use my hand!!"), and many hugs and kisses later and he was fine. We barely made it to school on time, but at least he was in better spirits

WI Wednesday for me! I don't FEEL like I lost anything this week, but when I weighed at the hospital scale on Monday it showed a loss...we'll see what has happened the last 2 days! I do know that when I pulled on my pants this morning, I didn't even have to unbutton them to get them on

Oh and I tried Liz's margarita pudding last night. O. M. G. Sooooo flipping good. I think I may try a variation with lettuce and lemon!

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Question

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was okay to drink Lipton diet green tea....it is made with sucralose and there is no calories, carbs or sugar. Didn't know if I should be looking for something else on the product label?

Happy Wednesday!

You should be checking the label for phosphoric acid. That's the culprit for us not being allowed Diet Soda.

I LOVE that stuff though and had forgotten about it, so please let us know if it's 'legal' if you get a chance!

Question - does anyone eat the regular sugar-free, fat-free jello? Will that hurt or do you have to have the IP Jello?? Just curious..

So I need a little help everyone ... please

I have 2 issues going on, I'm very sick, some kind of virus with the chest, throat, nose and bodyaches and I've also moved to PIII. I read the whole PIII sheet posted by wuv and I spoke with my coach on the phone yesterday (no WI visit because of being sick) - and she told me to go by the sheet EXCEPT don't mix a fat and carb. She then said "Like don't eat yogurt and toast together .." I didn't think yogurt was a fat, or are dairies fat? Mind, my head is fuzzy so I might just be confusing myself, but can someone please explain this to me so I don't screw up?
