OK so I count calories religiously by using my fitbit app and I wear my fitbit 24 hours per day (minus shower time). So yesterday, for the FIRST TIME in MONTHS I had an uncontrollable urge(?) to eat anything in sight, more so sweet/salty...to the point that I drank a glass of water didnt help, walked away from the kitchen, didnt help, went outside...didnt help, took a walk, talked on the phone, went on the computer nothing helped...I even went back to work...this urge was in my head...I waited over an hour and couldnt get it out of my thoughts. This is weird for me. I caved and ended up eating about 800 calories at lunch time!
I even still had my 100 calorie mid afternoon snack, but stayed very in control at dinner and even today I am right on for my calories and all healthy food....but WOW, I have no idea what happened. I doubled my water intake today because I know that my sodium level has got to be SKY HIGH today. The only thing I noticed different yesterday then every other day is that I missed my morning protein shake...other than that it was a total "typical" day. Any thoughts?
