l - lentil soup with one wedge of laughing cow
s - almond milk smoothie
s - sausage with broccoli and salad
s - small tangerine

hopefully lots of water and a short walk today

L: an apple, Natural PB and SF Apricot Jam on WW bread
D: Taco Bake
S: cucumber and red bell pepper with RF ranch

s - that's going to be hard, making chicken enchiladas for family
no wine since I'm on antibiotics and I miss my weekend wine
