Thanks--I am sure I will have questions. I have been trying to lose 20lbs for a very long time with no luck. I am hoping this plan will work for me. I have a couple of coworkers who have lost weight on Ideal Protein and they seem to have lost it in the right places and they look and feel great. They have given me hope! Besides I can't wait to post the dancing carrot!
Good luck! I was inspired to start after my coworkers joined, too. It's great because one woman that is currently OP talks to me all the time. We cheer each other on, ask about our WIs, and share recipe ideas. Great motivation!
Returned from my meeting. Tasted several items. I really liked the Chili. Learned more about the program. I will go in for my appointment and pcik up my bag of supplies on Friday afternoon. Looks like I will be starting on Saturday! Can't wait to get rid of that 20 lbs that just will not go anywhere!

I started in May, and have lost almost 30 pounds. It is easy and fast.
