Help wanted, phasing off IP
Hey all, I am beginning to think that this plan is not for me, i am miserable with the IP foods and the restrictions. I am thinking I will switch to weightwatchers, which has worked well for me in the past. But I hoped someone could give me advice as to how to best do this as I assume I need to gradually reintroduce the foods I am not eating (i.e. grains and fruits). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
