I'd love to be able to update my signature with yesterday's WI, I think it was around -3 or -4, not sure. Very aggravated with where I was going, but will start new coach on Monday.

WI #9: not sure, coach couldn't make it due to crazy traffic in Baton Rouge, person that went to weigh/measure me didn't know how to measure. I forgot how much the scale said (doesn't matter because it was a different scale looked like it was bough at garage sale because person weighing me didn't know where the 'fancy' scale was) I'll be changing my WI day from Wednesday to Monday. I'll be seeing a new coach on Monday!

where you going to now? i am done with the coach just going to finish with me myself and I.

I'm going to start seeing Renee Haydel Trimble, CFT at Healthy U Weight Management, LLC on Jefferson Hwy.

If you are going to do the diet on your own, where are you going to get the IP food?
