Do you take a multivitamin? Does it help in any way with your weight loss?

You know, when I supplement my multi-vitamin with vitamin D, I think I tend to have better losses. Too bad I don't take the vitamin D consistently.

I don't know that its helping, but I take vitamins every day. I always have, since I was a little kid.

I take them, just in case. I've gone looong stretches (maybe even a whole year?) not taking them, and honestly I didn't feel any different.
I think they're not going to HURT your weight loss, but I doubt they do much unless you have a real deficiency.

Right now I take a mutli and an omega-3 supplement, but not everyday (woops ).
