My parents are the biggest triggers for me binge eating. Yes I have others, but when I'm around them and at their house.....O.M.G.....I cant stop.

I knew I was going to eat off plan, but I was just a mess out of control. Eating mexican food from my favorite taco shop like it was my last meal. Every day for 8 days.

I haven't weighed myself yet. I want to give my body a couple days to "recover" so I only see any actual weight gain (because I KNOW I did gain) and not sodium/water.

Yes it does. I feel like I should have/could have prepared better KNOWING how my parents get to me.....but yes, as you say.....keep going

I bet you controlled yourself a lot better than you would've before (and probably more than you think)... that's something to be proud of!

Your home now, get back on track, stop beating yourself up. That won't help you loose or feel better. Take a page from Buddha and BE HERE NOW>
