Default Low calorie ice cream

I found 84 calorie Solero ice creams today and thought they would be a great idea on days when i can afford to add that amount into my diet and when I'm feeling like I want junk food.
Do they sound like they are for real? I had half of one and felt so quilty, like the box was lying and really its just as bad as the other stuff?
Any advice or knowledge of low calorie junk food would be much appreciated!!

Skinny cow has some really yummy ice creams for anywhere between 90-150 cal.

Jell-o is also a way to go. The jelly types are 15 calories while the puddings can be 80 (low fat) to 150 (normal).

I use these two things as treats in my diet.

If you go to an organic supermarket, or the organic aisle, there's this ice cream called arctic zero. The whole entire PINT is under 150 calories. They have vanilla maple and chocolate peanut butter.

Whenever I have a craving for something cold and creamy, I go with banana ice cream. In fact, I always keep frozen bananas sliced in my freezer just in case

Arctic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter is the best in my opinion. Where I'm at, the local big chain store (Kroger) keeps it with the other pints of conventional ice creams (like Ben & Jerry's), so if you can't find it in the organic section try the conventional section. Can't seem to find it at my Walmart or Meijer.

I love making this too! Sometimes to mix it up I add other frozen fruit like strawberries or mango, peanut butter, pineapple chunks, etc. I always make my banana "ice cream" with greek yogurt and a half scoop of vanilla protein to add some protein. It's sooo yummy!

THIS times a million!

Trader Joes also has these great frozen bananas dipped in dark chocolate. I LOVE them and they are only 130 calories. Great frozen treat

Whenever I try to make my own banana ice cream, it just turns into one epic fail in the blender. How do you all make yours?

I use a mini food processor. I freeze my bananas in halves or thirds depending on size so I take out a piece or two and cut it up into small slices. I grind up the banana a bit in the food processor then add a tiny bit of milk and about 2-3 tablespoons of either plain yogurt or cottage cheese. Blend that up then add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein and any other flavourings or mix-ins and blend a bit more until smooth and creamy!

I use an ice cream maker. I got it last year for $30 at Target, but I've seen other ones that are cheaper.

Me too. I add either 1/2T natural for myself or some nutella for my little one.
