Default Red Team 2012 Spring into Summer Nutrition Thread Week 5 (05/28-06/03)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Lunch -salad w/cheese&apple, yougurt, 1/2c cereal, 1 oz chocolate

Lunch -salad w/cheese&apple, yougurt, honey beans/spinach

Breakfast - Medifast oatmeal made as a pancake w/1tsp butter & 1tsp jam, coffee w/SF coffee mate
Lunch - Greek salad w/chicken, cukes, tomatoes, 4 kalamatas, iceberg, feta, Greek dressing
Supper - MF chili w/2T salsa, 1T shredded pepper jack
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 MF bars, MF brownie w/PB2

Tuesday
Breakfast - Medifast pancake, coffee w/2T SF coffee mate
Lunch - MF sloppy joe, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers
Supper - spinach salad w/steak, shrooms, 1 Tshredded pepper jack, 1T cashews, 1tsp EVOO, 4 mini dill pickles
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 MF bars, MF puffs

Wednesday
Breakfast - Medifast bar, coffee w/1T coconut milk creamer
Lunch - Friendly's shrimp pesto salad, 1T balsamic vinaigrette
Supper - MF chili, 2T salsa, 1/4c shredded pepper jack, 1c spinach, 1/2c shrooms
Snacks (am/pm) - MF puffs, MF bar,

Thursday
Breakfast - Medifast eggs, 1tsp EVOO, spinach, 2T salsa, coffee w/2T coconut milk creamer
Lunch - MF puffs
Supper - pork tenderloin, spinach salad w/shrooms, 1tsp EVOO
Snacks (am/pm) - 2 MF bars, MF brownie, 1T PB, 1T coconut milk creamer

Friday - on plan with 1 diet margarita
