I am thinking that I must be getting close to my paper towel unrolling to reveal good things!! The areas that seem to be stubbornly hanging on to the fat for dear life Upper arms...hips...and calves.

I haven't been below 142 for maybe 25 years. And I did not work out then at all.

I do have some nice muscle tone in arms, and abs. Just waiting for the last remaining fat to melt off so I can rock my hard-earned muscles...as much as a 51-yr.-old can get away with

woohoo! You are getting damn close. I think the lbs between 140-135 are going to make a HUGE difference now that they have fewer places to hide! >:-)
