Upper arms...hips...and calves.
I haven't been below 142 for maybe 25 years. And I did not work out then at all.
I do have some nice muscle tone in arms, and abs. Just waiting for the last remaining fat to melt off so I can rock my hard-earned muscles...as much as a 51-yr.-old can get away with
