Default children are so smart

I posted this on the WW board, and wanted to share it with all of you, I think it is a great moment in my Daycare world.

I think most know I run a Daycare...and when young children see someone else's dish getting empty or they see the serving dish getting empty they panic and start asking for more, if they really want it or not. I have been working on this with my little group, and today two of them when asked if they would like more Said, wait for it....
"Let me think about it and see what my tummy is saying" They thought, and then said, "No my tummy is going to be full" Yeah, one of those moments. I told them how proud I was of them that they stopped, thought, and listened to their bellies
