Default Really good sports bras for the large breasts?

Especially racer back style?

What I can find locally is Moving Comfort DD. The 36 DD works, but it's not great and only in the regular bra style. For summer, I would love to get a racer back style, but can they truly be supportive?

I am reading reviews all over the place, but it's hard to decide. Freya the best? what about non-underwires? That seems to be the only racer back style Freya has. I'm doing more and more higher impact stuff, so good support is important.

I'm wondering the same thing. This one caught my eye - http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?...=searchresults

It's not racerback, though. It has adjustable bounce control, and it's got great reviews. I'd be more tempted if it came in some cute colors.

Enell. Looks like chest armor but it stops the jiggle for sure!

Title9sports has it, but direct is http://www.enell.com/

You might cruise the dumbbell ratings on racer backs at title 9 tho.

I'm with the others. Enell is best for absolutely stopping bounce. It's tight and the fabric is thick and hot though, unless they've changed it in the last couple of years. I still wore it for running, even in summer.

Enell does not adjust, either around the body or strap length. If it fits you off the rack and you don't vary much in size, great, but it doesn't fit everyone, even everyone who seems to be in its size ranges.

Check the ratings at title9sports.com and x-chrom.com to see what else is out there.

I agree that Enell does the job, but they are soooo uncomfortable. Definitely like an armor chest plate. I need some new sports bras too - but I am also hunting for another brand besides Enell.

I had Enell when I was just starting. I do not want that much of a bra for summer for sure. But it was a great bra and easy to take on and off, but I'm not a huge fan of the front clasp, though it is better than those you have to pull over your head!

I really love my Freya Active A LOT. I use it here in Brazil and there's no AC in our gym. Also, Check out this link. She goes through all the major sports bras and tests them out for large busted women. (the links are at the bottom of the post).

Why in the world are you wearing a 36DD? That has got to be killing your brests! Aren't you something more like a 34G at the moment? Check out brastop because I'm pretty sure they have the Freya Active there. Also, I remember you have wide breasts so check out the Panache sports bra too.

I hope you find something that works for you!!!!

ETA: Just wanted to give you a heads up that the Freya Active runs somewhat small in the back so some choose to size up. Depends on your preference. Also, they're coming out with sports clothes with the bras built in to the shirts soon so that's something to watch out for to reduce layers while working out in the summer.

I just read this article.

ETA: Jo just talked about the Enell Sports Bra. Stacygee from way back when really recommended it. She was very large chested.

Because it fits. I cannot get the 34" band to fit around my rib cage in sports bras. The 36DD in Moving Comfort is perfect and I fit it perfectly.

I have some 36DD bras that fit perfectly and a 34F and and a 34G that fit perfectly. It all depends on the cut of the bra. Almost ALL of my breast is saggy soft tissue and very little at the top - like NO breast tissue next to my body any more. I'm having some major loose skin issues with the weight loss in the breasts. My breasts are like a tube sock with an orange in the toe - more like a mango on it's side - wider.

I keep seeing these dresses and tops with built in bras and I'm so envious! To be able to NOT need a bra in a dress or workout clothes? What it means of course is that I have to pass by 90% of all workout clothes as who wants a built in bra that won't fit over my big breasts? Just more hot fabric!

Hey yest was so happy, finally I could fit in 36C Simply Basic.
My upper waist is about 34'. So I can just slip it without removing hooks. I love that.

Well, I'd definitely suggest looking into Freya Active then. If you can figure out your correct size there I've heard that it's pretty consistent (they also have those sports swimsuits I posted before). I'm not sure when they're coming out exactly but I'll try to post back here when I seem them popping up (definitely sounds like a GREAT option during the summer).

I actually think the Freya Active would be a good fit for you because like you my breasts are also quite soft and saggy and I feel very well supported in it. The price was pretty good on it too (I got mine from brastop).

I was just surprised to hear that a 36DD fit but maybe it's very generous in the cups?
