Hi everyone. Im new to 3fc however not new to weight loss. I started my journey at 327 lbs. Currerntly Im at 248 lbs. My motivation has taken a dive due to a break up im going through. it is taking all i can do to get out of bed and exercise.
Im here for support and making friends. If anyone else as dealt with this please let me know how you got through.

Hello.....
Congrats on your weight loss so far. You must be doing something right. I'm new here too and trying to lose 65 pounds. Sorry about the breakup. It's tough. I've been through three marriages. Yes, that's right. A preachers daughter with three divorces under her belt. Not one of them was faithful to me. I've learned that I have to stand on my own two feet and live my life the best I can one day at a time. You can do it!! It gets easier as time goes on. Good luck to you.
