Default Can I use this as an alternative to Walden Farms dressing?

It is only 15 calories for 10 sprays and it tastes good. I haven't found a Walden Farms dressing I could see eating long term. Is this an okay alternative?

Is is 0/0/0?? Sugar/Fat/Carbs...I only ask as if it's not 0/0/0 it will affect you.

Have you tried making your own dressings? The only WF dressing I use is the thousand island one and that's ONLY in the big mac bowl. I make my own, there are tons of recipes in the recipe thread. When I'm getting bored of the usual recipe I use, I go hunting in there for another one.

I have made a raspberry vinegarette with a spoonful of WF raspberry jelly...along with other ingredients.

Just my thoughts!

Yeah if it's not 0/0/0 it's not part of the IP protocol. Have you tried roasting veggies in a little olive oil and seasonings to taste? Personally, I stay away from salads...I only ate them in my first week until I began roasting... But, if salads are the way for you definitely make your own. Google some recipes and alter them to stay 0/0/0. One I liked had mustard with olive oil and seasonings. I even think I used soy sauce as the sodium and it was yummy...

Some people make their own vinegar/oil dressings. I like to save what little olive oil we get for my stir-fry, but you could just use the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice with salt/pepper/seasonings. Both the vinegar and lemon juice can reduce the glycemic load of the meal they are eaten with.

Otherwise, it needs to be 0/0/0....
