Now that it has become obvious that I was trying to lose weight (because I have lost some weight), people have started to "we" my weight loss.

for example:

"oh yeah we need to workout more..."

or

"we can't fit into that"

or
"yeah, we really need to start eating healthy/ paying attention to what we eat"

arggg! i know that it sounds kind of blerg, but its like, no i have already been doing that, or actually i could fit into that! i wish that people would stop "we"-ing the things that they need to change with me because I am proud that I have kept it up for this long and that I have lost 87 lbs altogether!

Take it as comp. Your success is making them rethink their own "doability" in that area, and they want to think that they too can be like you.

congratulations! you are doing amazingly well so please don't let others both you. it is very annoying but be pleased you are making them want to be healthy too

i see you hang around with a lot of nurses:

"GOOOOOD morning!!!! would we like our sponge bath now???" [actually, nurse crivens, no - but if you wanna send in that hottie little intern that just walked past, i could be persuaded to change my mind]

"oh, are we feeling a little upset in the tummy?" [until you walked in, i was just a little bit nauseous, thank you]

"and what would we like for dinner tonight?" [what's the matter - kitchen run outta wallpaper paste?]
