Default Good Morning

Good Morning IPeeps,

This morning it is a beautiful morning, the sun is shining and the birds are singing and believe it or not, the flowers and cherry trees are blooming. I am so looking forward to spring and summer. It has been so dreary and stormy here for awhile that I am so happy to see the sun, and maybe a little warmth.

Congratulations on all the losses so far. Everyone seems to be doing wonderfully.

Lisa, I'm so glad to hear that things went well last night. You ARE such an inspiriation to all of us here, and now you have reached out and touched 15 more lives. Way to go!!!!

Good luck to all those who still have to weigh in this week, any loss is a GREAT loss. It just means that you are carrying around that much less weight this week than you were last week. Stay strong and keep your eye on the prize.................A more healthier, more BEAUTIFUL YOU!!!!!

It's supposed to be sunny and close to 60 here in Ohio too!! Love it! Should be a great day, except for a sick 4 year old. YUCK!! Shouldn't it be dad's job to stay home with sick kids once in awhile??
Hope everyone has a terrific Wednesday!

Still trucking away! Nothing new on my end. Stressful at work but it makes the day go by quicker with lots to do.

Love to read everyone's celebrations and challenges.

Have a great day!

JEALOUS of all the nice weather. It has been nice here the last 2 days, with highs in the 70s. Today its cold with a chance of freezing rain/snow. Grrr. I'm ready for spring!

Good Morning from Missouri!!

Spring is peeking out here too. I noted daffodils in the yard this a.m. The Forsythia sporting a few blooms. Exciting!

It is not my normal weigh day, but I am trying different things to help me stay on track, so am weighing more often. I was down again! 176.4 lbs today. I am soo happy with the losses! My blood sugar normal. I don't have heart burn any more and am sleeping better. If I had not developed an abcessed tooth, I would feel good. Time to call the dentist.....durn!

Great to see the chat check-ins already this morning. Hoping for a great day for my fellow IP peeps!

Just had me chocolate drink breakfast. Yummy. Next a quick trip to tan. Then Soleil and I do "Pawsitive Reading" at the middle school. It also the day for the long run on the dogs who are conditioning, so several miles on the bike in store today. I hope rain stays away, but we need rain. Fires were bad yesterday and it looked like Mordor down the highway yesterday.

Good morning everyone. I have just had one of the best NSV's ever since starting IP. Like so many of us, I haven't been able to get rid of all my larger size clothes and there are some tops that I still wear that really are too big, but they are my "go to" tops. Anyway, this morning I broke out an old top that had been hanging in my closet a long time and when I got to work I had a co-worker tell me the difference between what I am wearing today as compted to yesterday makes me look like I just had liposuction! It really made me realize how important it is to wear clothes that fit. For years I've worn big shirts to hide rolls of fat and the shirt I have on today is a bit form fitting and I don't feel the least bit self conscious.

Anyway, good luck to everyone who still has a WI this week, mine is Saturday.

Way to go Jacci!!! Isn't it a wonderful feeling?? They were getting onto me here at work about my baggy pants, they told me that I needed to go get me some smaller ones and stop wearing these. I went out to the GoodWill and got me 3 pairs of pants size 14's. They seemed to fit okay Saturday when I tried them on, but now they are a little baggie. I guess I should try on my 12's when I get home to see if I can get into those.
