Hey there!
Im Jade from new zealand i have recently joined the gym to get rid of my bad bad bad body. I went from 120 kilos (264 pounds) and im now 101 kilos(222 pounds). They said the proper weight for my height is 70 kilos(154 pounds) so i still have a fair way to go!! and i lost my motivation for a week there and put on 2 kilos which put me back above 100 kilos again which was SUUUCK!! so i invested in a protein shake and im going to give that a go for breakfasts (which are hard for me) and lunch and then have a healthy dinner.
The shake is really tasty which makes me think hmm this cant be right! im on day one of my shake diet effort and will let you know how i go. If i could be in the 80 kilo(176 pounds) range id be super duper happy!!
I currently attend curves the gym 4 times a week which is a half hour circuit and on my days off i do try and walk every where (walk kids to kindy, to the playground and ....the dairy
i know slap my wrist!!)
My partner isnt very supportive he said if i wanna do it i gotta do it myself, he has the self control of a tiger!! hes amazing hes lost so much weight but wont help me!!! so thats why ive joined 3FC.
