Hello, My name is Sherry. I will be starting the IP on Monday. I would like to loose about 55-60 lbs. I know I have seemed to try everything, it seemed everything I tried I gained it back and 10 lbs. My friend has lost 87 lbs in 15 weeks, and has been keeping it off even through the holidays. So he recruited me. I just need ideas on the veggies, I dislike most of them. My coach said Blend them if I have too, 4 cups of veggies a day.
