Hello, everyone.

My name's Erica. I'm almost 21, and I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. I'm 5'11 and currently 260 lbs. I've started my weight loss journey so many times and failed, as I'm sure is a feeling that many of you can relate to. This time, though, failure is not an option. I started a new journey a week ago, and I really need some support.

My motivation is thoughts of my future wedding day. I'm not yet engaged, but I've been with an amazing man for a year that I have no doubt I want to marry someday. (He's the guy in the picture <-----). However, the thought of looking back on my wedding pictures someday and seeing myself in a size 20-22 dress makes me want to cry. I'll do anything to prevent it so I can feel beautiful on that day and for the rest of my life.

So, new friends, I'm excited to be here. I can't wait to meet all of you.

We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 20-somethings.
