totally works!!
OR, if there's one type of chinese food that you like (i've always been a huge fan of the sweet/sour pork or chicken or beef or whatever) you can always grab a portion sized ammount, ballpark some calorie counts online, and toss it over a salad!!
there's enough sauce on there to not need a dressing, you get some chinese, you get a bulky meal, AND nobody feels "deprived". win-win-win =)
