I've been perusing the forum and I've already come across some great insight.

WELCOME...You'll find a great bunch of people here at every stage of the journey. I love hanging out in the goals forum. Although I wasn't over 300 pounds (I think), I found the 300+ forum to be so encouraging when I started. Cheering you on to goal
"Erin, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes such as the 300+, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
