Hello all! I am Millah, or rather Zombie Latte, as you can see by my lovely little SN over in that direction. Um, I don't really know what I'm doing here but I figured I'd start with an introduction thread to get my feet wet and continue from here.Um, I'm joining this site with the hope of loosing 40 pounds by the end of April, and another 40 pounds by the end of September. I'll be here for logging more then anything else but I think a little bit of support would be nice and I'm always up for supporting other people with a common goal.Currently I'm standing at 6' foot and I weight around 225 pound, which, I'm not all to happy about. My main goal here is not necessarily to lose weight, but rather build as much mussel as possible and get healthy again. It's currently day 3 of my first 16 weeks and things seem to be going pretty well. Let's see if we can keep this up, yeah?

Make sure you do lots of reading here at 3FC. Find a few threads where you feel comfortable and check in several times each day. Good information, support and a way to keep your head in the game.
Millah, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
