New peep!
Accidentally posted in the US introductory section!
silly me! haha! Anyways...looking to drop 2st (for starters) and fingers crossed this site will give me some extra support to achieve that!
I've (so far) cycled 2miles today, hoping to do another 3 by bedtime. So my daily goal is to cycle 5miles every day, as I am such a busy stay at home mum I can't really get out much to go for those walks etc, so exercising at home works best for me. It only takes 5mins to cycle 1mile, so inbetween doing the dishes or homeworks works perfectly for me! ^_^
My starting weight (last monday) was 15st 8lb, currently weigh 15st 7lb (not lost much) but its as good a start as any!
