Hello everyone,
8 days ago I started the 'drop a jean size' special K diet, and in all honesty not only am I completely SICK of special K, but I only seem to of lost a lb so far. Bit disappointing, but I'm looking at the "losing 1lb is better than gaining 1lb" sort of way ^_^
So yes...I'm looking to go from 15st 7lb to 13st, I am only 5ft 2in, so I'm like a little round ball of chubbyness! THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED! lol.
Hope this site can give me some added support to do so!!!
