Hey everyone. I joined this site because I'm a bride to be in March. I'm very excited and have been busy planning. I bought my dress a year ago when I was first engaged. I even got it two sizes bigger just in case. I went to go try it on and... it didn't fit! This was a real wake up call for me. I'm 5'4 and 168lbs, my goal by the wedding is to be 150, and my big goal is to be 130. Let's see if it can be done!

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
