Try the Taco Bake recipe. I'm able to freeze the eight portions it makes in foil and it still tastes as fresh as when it was first made. Recipe: Crust: 1/2c RF soft cream cheese, 1/4c egg beaters, 5tbsp FF half & half, 1/2 tsp taco seas.= beat the cream cheese & eggs til smooth, add cream and taco seas, grease 9x13 pan, spread 8oz of shredded RF mexican cheese blend over bottom of pan, pour egg mix over evenly. Bake 375 deg. for 25-30 mins. Let stand 5 mins. before adding topping. Topping: Brown 25oz ground turkey (93% FF), drain fat, add 4 tsp taco seas, 1 c tomato puree, 4oz chop green chilies, spread over crust, top with 4oz mex cheese blend. Reduce over to 350 deg and bake 20 mins. This recipe makes 8 servings which =: 1 lean, 3 condiments and 1/2 green per serving. I hope this is helpful
