Default Iphone Apps

I am thinking about purchasing a "Diet" app for my iphone. There are tons of them. I'd like one that's easy to track my food, will give me a nutrition print out, and has an easily accessible (and extensive) food data base. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Try MyFitnessPal. It is a free calorie counting app with tons of tools and reporting functions. Even print outs and a huge food and exercise database

Sparkpeople for me. Its also free with tons of food, plus exercise routine suggestions. I don't think you can go wrong with myfitnesspal or sparkpeople.

MyFitnessPal is great! So easy to set up for your weight loss goals, and track your food & exercise. My friend used it last year with out doing any "special diet" and lost 30+ pounds. She just tracked her food & ate her calorie allowance & exercised 5-7 days a week. It will work if you stick with it.

I absolutely love MyFitnessPal!! Huge data base...and you can barcode scan anything you eat and it automatically puts it in for you! Track exercise with it as well!
