Default 5k... again!

A couple of months ago I ran/walked my first 5k, and was happy just to finish! My time was 52:30.
I tried again today, and was able to run most of it (had to stop and walk off a cramp but got right back into it). I was huffing and puffing and probably scaring small children, but I did it in 45 minutes.
My father, brothers, sister-in-law and husband are all runners, and I've always felt kind of left out - no more I'm still the slowest in the family by far, but there were plenty of other (younger, slimmer...) people behind me! Hopefully I will only get faster...

So proud of you! I hate to run, so it's really something to me when someone runs on purpose! Keep up the fantastic work.
