is anyone else out there 5'2" or 5'3"? On a good day, I am 5'2.5"
what is your goal weight?
Mine is 119. I'm not sure why i chose that number. during the two months that i was 125, I was a size 5. I would like to shoot a little lower than that so I have some wiggle room for water weight and what have you.
I'm 5'2" on a good day (pesky doctor told me I'm 5'1.75" a couple years ago)
As of right now my goal weight is 120. My lowest weight was 135 lbs. and I still felt chunky. I have a small frame, so I'll just see how I feel as I lose weight. I ultimate goal is 110-ish.
I'm 5'3" and my goal weight was 140, then 130. Now I don't have one.
I'm really starting to like what I see NOW so I might stop within the next 10 pounds or so. I'm already just about at my goal size (I'm wearing a 4/6 right now), but there are a few things that I think a little more weight loss would fix
I strength train, which may explain why I'm that size at this weight.
Hello, Im new to this website. I am 5'2.5 all the time . I am 155 now and my goal weight would be 120. If I can make it to 130 I will be happy. Right now my sister in law is the same height as I am and complains she is fat!! She weighs 112. Yup 112!!!!! I have not been 112 since I was a JR in HS!
I'm 5.2 and my goal is 130. I'm 148 right now and am wearing a loose 8 ( I can button 6s..but they are way to tight for me to be comfortable lol). I would love to be a 4-6. I have a medium frame and I want to keep some curves.
I'm 130 now and wearing 2/4s. I want to get to 127 just to be in the 120s and say I've lost 60 pounds. 125 would be ideal for maintenance, so that I still have wiggle room, but know that if I see 130, it's time to crack down!!!
I'm 5'2 1/2. I was around 119 in high school and 127-135 during my college and adult life.
I'm 122 now and feel much more comfortable but I think 2-5 more lbs will be ideal. That would put me at around 117-120. Once I get there I'll reassess if more loss is what I want or if I should focus more on body recomposition.

I'm 5'3 1/2 (my doctor just measured me last month at 5'2 1/2 but I think he's wrong!) and my goal is 125. I was a 3/4 at that size. I definitely don't want to go any lower than that. My chest carries a lot of my weight, so any lower than 125 and I start looking scarily thin.
