Default Grocery store roasted chicken?

Does anyone know what the calorie counts are like for the deli counter roasted chickens that most grocery stores carry?

We are currently living in Chile, and I bought one tonight, that had a spicy mix on it, but when we ate it I found the reddish spice was sort of shot all through it in a kind of gelatinous mixture.. like in the thighs, breast, etc. It tasted greasier than a normal roast chicken as well - are these things injected with grease aka a butterball turkey??

THere are no calorie counts on the package...

If so, I've blown my cals for the day.. even though i only had one thigh, skin removed (it tasted so greasy I felt kind of sick after 1)!

I don't know if I'm doing it right, I usually go on my fitness pal and take the calories for Rotisserie chicken and round it up to the higher amount (ex: 286 = 300) . Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help!

So I think the calories were okay, but what the jelly-like gunk was was a whole bunch of salt! Dh and I had totally dry mouths and drank all kinds of water last night, and still woke up with that salt 'hangover' feeling. We decided that was probably our last grocery-store roasted chicken (at least here in Chile anyway!).

I'm suspicious of US grocery-store chickens as well, because they couldn't be that delicious without added fat.
