The first TOM for me on IP, I didn't really see a big difference. Maybe because it was during the first couple of weeks on IP and I was still losing a higher # of lbs. Last Thursday when I went for WI, it was the first day of TOM and I had a 1 lb loss. That was the lowest loss I've seen since starting IP. It probably depends on each individual. I've always retained fluid during that time anyway, having to wear the next size up clothes for a few days. I can remember during high school having a 10 lb weight fluctuation once during that time and I was a skinny minny then. My advice: Don't stress over it. It may or may not have a big impact. If it does, you should see a big difference in the next week's WI. If you stay OP, it will come off. Just sucks to be a woman sometimes, nobody wants to see the scale go up or stall, but we can't really change it. You just have to roll with it. My coach advised increasing water during that week.
