I can't say that I have specific goals, other than I'd like to lose about 30lbs to get back to where I was when I was in my 20's. My wife hates me because I can drop 20 pounds in a week, but I always gain it back, so I need more than weight loss to do what I need to do, I need to figure out how to change my lifestyle.
