New to the Community, not new to the diet
Hello Everyone, My name is Crystal and I'm a 27 year old mother of a 4 yr old. little girl. I am new to the board but not new to the diet. i am currently 220lbs with a goal of 145lbs. Here is a little background on me i did atkins for3 months and did really well with it with a total of 37 lbs lost somewhere i fell off of the wagon and I'm not making excuses because i know it was totally my fault but i am hoping with a little support i can get going again, Today is my first day on induction and i know its going to be a rough week but i know i can do it, i just do not want to be one of those moms that cannot go outside and play with their children because they are overweight and out of breath..
