Hello! I'm new...sort of. I was on this board years ago. I lost a ton of weight, quit this and WW, and promptly gained it all back plus 40 pounds. I started working out May 2010, joined WW in February, lost weight, quit working out in June, gained 10 pounds and then restarted WW last week, lost 4 pounds.
I'm not sure what helped me remember 3FC, but I did, so I'm back.
