I found the most wonderful website.

It is COMPLETELY free. You put in the information from the food you are eating (since most of us are on WW, you are looking at the info anyway)once you enter a food, it stays and the next time you eat it, you just click on that food. You include the exercise or activity you did that day and it calculates a pie graph for you. There is also a button for your current weight and goal weight and date. It tells you how many pounds per week you have to lose to meet that goal.
There are all sorts of reports you can run to see if you are meeting all of your nutrient requirements and how many calories you have burned vs. calories you have eaten.
Really a neat site. Worth checking out! AND ALL FOR FREE!!!!
