I finally reached my first mini-goal!
9kg, or about 20lbs, GONE. Just gone! Just 5 weeks in and I could not feel better about myself! I know that's quite a bit in such a short time, but it's all thanks to super healthy eating and working my butt off!
Cannot wait to reach my goal and start my life over! :carrot:

Keep up the great work. Healthy eating and exercise is what it's all about.

@Steinanwine - I do work out every day, except for having a break on weekends, apart from a 40min walk, so I don't burn out! I go to Curves, a local gym near my house where you do a 30 minute circuit of both cardio and strength training, as well as misc. exercises at home like crunches, squats, heel raises, etc. It's a lot, but I've realised I love it, and it's definitely worth it :)
