Default Starting Induction Tues Sept 13

Hey all! I am starting induction Tuesday. I bought the book about a year ago when I was planning to switch from Medifast to Atkins.. Never happened but now I am ready to go!
Moving into a new place so I need to grocery shopping etc.
Anyone elsee just starting?
I have read the forums a ton but any tips/ random support would be greatly appreciated!! Can't wait to get to know you guys!

Good morning...well, this is it...your first day...hope it goes well. My biggest problem is sweets...so last night I prepared some sugar free jello, just in case I get my sweet attack again...i'm ready to nip it in the butt!!

So i had eggs with cheese for breakfast.. I went shopping but my roomie said to wait for the farmers market.. I may run over to trader joes to get some stuff until Saturday though.. Sweets are my thing too but since I literally just moved in last night i should be good.
I weighed in at 210. Cant wait to see 170 again!

I hear you....i'm anxious to get back down there. This morning i'm having an Atkins bar, my boys stole my boiled eggs this morning...and my jello!! so started all that over this morning, jello will be ready tonight....and have induction friendly wings ready to go for dinner!!

Max - just a heads up some people here find they don't lose as fast when eating the atkins bars/shakes. They do have a lot of sugar alcohols.

I find it best to stick to "real" food, if possible. Sounds like the boys stole your eggs though!

So, is it actually possible to forget you are on a diet? Def. happened to me yesterday. Lol- i went for a walk to go meet a new friend, and when I got there I said I was full but I grabbed a diet pop. he ordered two baskets of fries (not really my thing anyways).
I nibbled on like 3? and then all of a sudden i was like ****! I cant eat these lmao. The rest of the day was good- had fajitas minus the tortilla.

So i weighed myself and i decided my scale is broken. Yesterday it said 210, today it said 202, so i moved it to where I thought i weighed yesterday and it says 207. These are things I do not miss about not having a scale. I suppose I will keep it there but I don't think its going to be uselful with it being up to 8 pounds off (though its nice to see lol)

Speaking of which, I think i need to go make breakfast. My new place doesnt have a microwave, but it has a toaster oven... Never used one.. hope i dont burn the place down lol

Ok, I knew i had read somewhere about Atkins products not counting sugar alcohols at all.

On my end I am sick today- May head to the store to buy some broth because I am coughing like a nut. Otherwise I am doing fine but with moving and whatever, job searching blahblah I am having some issues actually eating... First time in my life lmao. I still grab some kind of protein at least every 6 hours. except when im in bed it doesnt count lol.
