I have had health challenges for what seems like forever! I just had a hysterectomy, and I feel so much better. I will be ramping up my weight loss and lifestyle eating habit changes this week (some started already, but adding exercise now). I am super excited to be starting something new that will allow me to actually 'live' life. I am glad I found this place
