heyy everyone! My name is Allie. I'm 21, 5'2 and 130lbs. Over 4 months I went from 146 to 120, but within the last 2 months I regained 10lbs leaving me where I am now. I regained due to leaving my healthier eating habbits and cutting from 6 days a week at the gym to 3. I'm really unhappy and struggling to get back on track. So here I am! I'm back to healthy eating and more gym time, but it seems to be more difficult to lose the weight this time around. Hoping for tips, support and inspiration!
