Post Is this water weight or what?

So yesterday I was really bummed out because I weighed and was a little over 2 kg (112.8kg) heavier than a few days prior, but tonight I stepped on the scale again and Im back down to 110.2kg? What can cause this?

Water, food in your digestive system, etc etc. Weight fluctuates. It just does.

Lots of things.

That's why it's always said to not freak out over every little scale fluctuation. The scale goes up. It goes down. Sometimes it stays the same.

Such is the scale. It's not always the most accurate measure of progress, it just happens to be the most convenient.

Has previously said scales are not the most accurate measure of your weight loss. It is also important that you measure yourself with a tape measure once a week. Particular around the waist, also measure the upper thigh, chest, hips and upper arm. This way you can see where you are specifically losing fat from.
