Just joined, found this site researching PCOS and IR...looking at doing the Insulite PCOS program..wonder how it works for 40ish gals...in perimenopause??:)

Welcome to the board! This place is very helpful and has information on almost every issue related to weight loss. I am not familiar with PCOS, but I hope to see you posting in the 40s chat.
