I'm Laura. I'm in my early 40's and Im currently dieting pretty heavy. I have two children, 8-12 and I was never able to lose the weight after my second. Currently I'm 5'4 and 190 down from 240. I've tried everything! Jenny Craig was a bust. I had some success with Weight Watchers. I did lose almost 40# on the Buff Chef diet!! Now I'm sort of at an impass. Any suggestions that you all have would be appriciated!!
